Josh Fritsch is our Village Administrator. A Montpelier native, Josh has worked in public works since 1996. Josh previously worked as the supervisor for the Montpelier Water Treatment Plant. Josh holds both water supply (Class III) and wastewater treatment (Class III) licenses with the Ohio EPA and is knowledgeable in our codified ordinances and the Ohio Revised Code.

Josh’s vision, as it relates to his position, is to treat all residents and businesses with dignity and consistency as it pertains to our laws and programs. Josh sits on numerous committees for both the village and county. His office is always open to the public for any concerns that you may have.
